Maintenance Policy



First year Maintenance is required (As of January 1st, 2009) 25% of purchase price
Each consecutive year after the first if purchased within 30 days of anniversary of original order 25% of current product value
Each consecutive year after the first if purchased between 30 - 90 days of anniversary of original order 35% of current product value
  •     Maintenance agreement is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Fixes, patches, and upgrades (to equivalent new versions) are provided free of charge to any purchaser as released.
  • Maintenance period starts as of date of purchase order or credit card transaction.
  • The above percentages are applied to the actual purchase price of the software. If quantity or corporate discounts were applied to a purchase then the maintenance will be based on the unit price of the software after discount.
  • Peer Software, Inc. reserves the right to change pricing and discounts at any time. Please consult with a sales representative for additional information regarding the above pricing and policies.
  • Phone and email support is provided 9:00 am - 5:00 pm est., Monday - Friday, except normal holidays.
  • If purchased from a re-seller, first line support is provided by the re-seller.

Support and maintenance policy without a valid maintenance Agreement:
  • No Phone and Email Support will be provided.
  • Upgrades to the latest version will be treated as new purchases.
